Prior to placing your order please ensure that that you have read the following Terms and Conditions.

Once orders have been placed Harlow Floral is not liable for breaches of any of our Terms & Conditions.

 

Product Substitution
Harlow Floral uses local flower growers wherever possible and work with the best flowers, foliage and plants that each season has to offer. 


We aim to deliver the product as described on our website, however, flowers, plants, wrapping, containers etc. are interchangeable depending on the season, time of year and availability at the time of order. Occasionally we may struggle to source a particular flower or product, so will make appropriate substitutions of equal value where necessary.

Delivery
Complimentary delivery is provided by Harlow Floral to selected Perth metro suburbs. View a list of our current delivery suburbs here.  If your delivery suburb is not listed please contact us and we will happily provide you with a quote for delivery.

Next day delivery is available  for all online orders placed by 9:00pm the day prior.

 
Deliveries are usually made in the afternoon with all business deliveries being made by 5pm and residential deliveries prior to 6pm. We are unable to provide and ETA for deliveries, however if you have a specific delivery time please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate dependent on the delivery schedule for that day.


Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address and if you have any comments to assist with the delivery, you can leave these in the ‘special instructions’ section when ordering. Harlow Floral accepts no responsibility or liability for incorrect delivery when the wrong address has been provided to us by the sender (you).

We understand that mistakes happen and if a delivery is unable to be delivered due to the wrong address being provided by the sender (you), we will offer a 20% discount off of a new order to be delivered to the correct address the next business day.

Delivery acceptance and authority to leave
We prefer someone to be at the delivery location to accept an order on the day it is to be delivered.
In the event there is no one at the delivery location we will attempt to leave your flowers in a safe and shady place in a jar of water. If you would like the flowers left somewhere in particular please fill out ‘special instructions’ on the order page.


If we are unable to locate a suitable area to leave an order or if we are unable to access the property (e.g. Accessing an apartment complex), you (the sender), will be contacted on the supplied contact details to arrange an alternate delivery option at the sender’s expense. In the event that we are unable to contact the sender within our delivery hours the order will not be able to be re-delivered on the same day. We will email the sender to arrange re-delivery for the following day which will incur a re-delivery fee.

 

Refunds
All orders from Harlow Floral are final and there are no refunds on orders.


Should there be any concerns with your order, please contact us directly with photos of your product within 24 hours of receiving your flowers to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible solution.

 

Customer liability
Orders will be deemed undeliverable in the following circumstances:


- We are unable to access a building or premises with restricted access including apartment buildings.
- A patient has been discharged from hospital before the delivery occurs.
- We are unable to find a suitable sheltered location to leave the order and no one is home or at the premises.
- Any other situation in which the order is unable to be delivered safely and securely.
- Customers will be liable to lose the full amount of their order, and/or pay additional re-delivery fees in the event that your order is deemed as undeliverable.
- More than one attempt has been made to deliver or re-deliver your order, or if we are unable to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- In the event that any of the above occur the customer is liable to lose the full amount of their order, and/or pay additional re-delivery fees.

Harlow Floral Liability
In the event that Harlow Floral have delivered or attempted to deliver on the wrong date or to an incorrect location, we will offer to re-deliver the order the next business day with no charge, or offer a full refund of the original order value, including any relevant delivery fees charged.
